raymond lenton died on easter sunday had a big family was a good husband to the late lilly lenton
(r i p) reunited in death ..was porter at derwent hosp was in the army when he was younger .enjoyed
gardening and going to his caravan at skegness with lilly and his handicapped daughter audrey .loved
his family very much .he was good brother and uncle he had a heart attack like his late wife in the
same house he missed lilly very much and was heart broken when she died ..now they are both together
in gods kingdom r i p mum and dad xxxfrom all of the family xx
grandad loved going on holiday in his caravan with nana and his handicapped daughter audrey she
misses you alot grandad we all do
grandad was very very heart broken when my nanna died they lived for each other grandad and nan
loved being with there grandchildren me and my sister kylie used to always go away with nan and
grandad to there caravan every year we miss that alot grandad but we will always treasure the happy
memories you gave us all nan and grandad were tele addicts watched every soap there was and the
thing i miss is having to sit and watch cow boy films with them and i would put the magazine over my
face and fall asleep lol and me and andy miss sharing a fag on a friday afternoon with you all these
little things mean so much to me and ill treasure them forever and ever i LOVE and miss you so so

thank you all for lighting candles for my grandad and nanna it means alot to me and my mum to now
how much other people care. grandad and nanna were wonderful people and had so many friends they
always will be dearly missed by us all
i also have two uncles on the site aswell it would be really nice if you could light candles for
them aswell uncle john mitchell died just 8yrs old
and uncle harry tunnicliffe shares his site with his baby daughter jessie who died just a few months
old

The sea seems to illustrate pain and sorrow so well
It comes in and goes out
For a while it is there, overwhelming, covering everything
Then slowly the tide turns and it withdraws
For a while we can see the beauty of the shells, the seaweed
We can rejoice in the patterns in the sand
We can feel the corrugated ripples under our feet
Alive to what is around, and beyond
But then the tide turns and again it is all washed away, all overwhelmed
We feel like the crashing of the waves on rocks
Raw and out of control
Full of anger and rage
Battered and bruised
Tossed about like flotsam floating wherever we are thrown
There are so many questions. Why now? Why him?
But no answers
Then the sea calms and gently the waves lap the rocks
We are soothed and the inner turmoil is calmed
In time we can learn to move up the beach as the tide comes in
Out of its reach
Not to be overwhelmed
The pain is still there, but in control
We can recognise the pain
Revisiting the sadness
Acknowledging how much the person is missed
We learn to turn away and look to the future
Knowing the person will always be part of us
Always loved and always remembered
